经皮双侧椎弓根椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折244例的体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价经皮双侧椎弓根椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折244例经皮双侧椎弓根椎体成形术治疗后患者的疗效,其中男性49例,女性195例。结果:244倒患者,根据病人生活质量评分标准KPS评分对术前疼痛评分。术后3天完全缓解3例,基本缓解148例,部分缓解47例,有效16例,无效30例;1周后完全缓解6例,基本缓解176例,部分缓解43例,有效10例,无效9例。随访1月244例患者手术椎体均无复发,患者未发生明显不良反应及并发症。结论:经皮双侧椎弓根椎体成形术骨水泥治疗骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
