椎体活检在骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折治疗中的意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术的同时取骨组织作病理活检的临床意义及必要性。方法:对244例骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折患者在经皮双侧椎弓根椎体成形术及椎体病理活检术后病理结果回顾性分析。结果:病理结果阳性3例(均系肿瘤诊断明确伴椎体压缩改变的),阴性240例,可疑1例(怀疑结核?肿瘤?)。结论:明确诊断骨质疏松症并椎体压缩性骨折患者,在行经皮双侧椎弓根椎体成形术骨水泥治疗时取椎体骨组织送病理活检的临床意义不大,常规取骨组织送病理活检的必要性仍有待商榷,但对疑诊肿瘤并椎体压缩性骨折患者是有临床意义的。
