摘要
针对设备上楼时的弹性安装问题 ,把弹性基础建模为柔性梁 .考虑了设备、隔振元件和基础的动力耦合作用 ,采用传递导纳矩阵法推求主动隔振和被动隔振的统一的力传递率控制式 ,并用 PID方法设计控制器的控制律 ,探讨了各反馈增益对振动控制的影响 ,从而实现了控制 FBRE系统若干阶模态振动的目的 。
Aimed at the flexible installation of equipments on a floor, the fixing base is modeled as a flexible base by taking account of the coupling of equipment, isolators and the base. A uniform formula of the force transmissibility of active and passive isolation is developed by transfer mobility method, and the control law of the controller is designed by the PID method, and the influence of the gains on the vibration control is discussed finally. Thereby the aim to control vibration of several modes is achieved, the effect of active isolation is marked.
