柔性耦合系统主动隔振有效性策略研究

The Investigation on Efficiency of Active Vibration Isolation in the Coupling Flexible System

摘要 针对设备上楼柔性安装问题,建立了有限板式基础、电磁式作动器的主动隔振系统的模型,通过推导得到主动隔振有效性的充要条件,得到改善主动隔振有效性的策略,最后通过数值仿真验证了推论的正确性。 Aiming at the equipment installed on a flexible floor, this study makes a model of active vibration isolation with a flexible base and elctromagentic actuator, Two conlusions is presented through mobility method when coupling of equipment, isolators, actuators and the base is fully considered. At last, it discusses two active control strategies throng emulating to prove the validty of conlusions.
