摘要
合成了既有核 /壳结构又有交联的丙烯酸乳液 ,考查了交联体系对此类乳液涂饰性能的影响。实验表明 ,核 /壳型乳液在基材上的渗透性 ,干固速度 ,涂膜光泽 ,膜强度等性能可随交联机制的引入和交联体系的不同而发生较显著的变化。因此 ,对于核 /壳型乳液涂饰材料 ,在其乳胶粒子中形成合适的交联体系 。
Polyacrylate emulsions,which have invariant core-shell structure but vary in cross-linking are synthesized and their coating properties are observed. The results show that some behavior of the coating films are heavily affected by factors such as cross-linker type,intensity of the cross-linking and conditions in which the cross-linking reactions are carried out. So,for the core-shell type emulsion, foundation of cross-linking in it, selection and formulating of the cross-linker ,these are important auxiliary measures in its coating application.
