摘要
采用预乳化工艺和种子乳液聚合技术合成了具有核/壳结构的苯丙乳液,研究了引发剂种类、乳化剂用量及两阶段用量等对苯丙核/壳乳液合成的影响。得到了聚合过程稳定、综合性能好的核/壳型乳液。
A styrene,acrylic acid and butyl acrylate emulsion with core or shell was synthesized by pre-emulsion and see d emulsion polymerization technology.Influence of initiator kinds,emulsifier a mount and emulsifier amounts on the t wo stages in synthesis of styrene,acrylic acid and butyl acrylate emul sion was discussed.A styrene,acrylic acid and butyl acrylate emulsion w as obtained with good comprehensive properties and stabl e polymerization process.
