摘要
本文作者风带活性基因的核-壳丙烯酸树脂作为母液,然后将含端基(-NCO)的聚氨酶酯聚体分散其中形成聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂互穿网络(IPNs)用于皮革涂饰。通过透射电镜、热重分析(TG)、差热分析(DSC)分别对互穿网络的相态结构、耐高低温性能和相容性能等作出了合理的解释。
In this paper a core-shell acrylic resin which contain active hydrogen on its backbone was used asmother liquor, then the prepolyurathance(contani-NCO) was dispersed into this mother liquor. Inthe course of this dispersion, the Interpenetrating Polymer Networks (lPNs ) of polyurathance-acrylic resin formed. The morphology structure of lPNs,the cold (heat)-resistance properties of theproduct and the compatlbility of the two components of this lPNs were reasonably explained bytechnologies of transmission electron microscope (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),therogravimetry (TG ).
