高水平葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶与类风湿性关节炎活动度的关系 被引量:4

Elevated Serum Glucose-6-Phosphate Isomerase Correlates with Disease Activity in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘要 目的检测活动性类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清中葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶(GPI)含量,研究高水平葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶与类风湿性关节炎活动度的关系。方法应用ELISA方法检测89例活动性RA患者、20例骨关节炎患者,20例2-DM患者和30例健康志愿者血清GPI含量,同时检测活动性RA患者血清抗CCP抗体、AKA、RF、CRP、C3和C4。用Spearman’s rho相关分析评价GPI与RA病情活动指标之间的相关性。结果 RA患者组血清中GPI含量为8.33(0.21~4.53)mg/L,明显高于骨关节炎组(0.88±0.68)mg/L、2-DM组0.12(0.05~0.16)mg/L和正常对照组(0.09±0.02)mg/L。GPI含量与DAS-28、RF、ESR、疼痛关节数、关节肿胀疼痛加重时间以及α-胞衬蛋白呈明显正相关关系。结论血清GPI是辅助诊断RA有价值的指标,亦是反映RA病情活动状态的实用指标。 Objective To determine the levels of serum glucose-6-phosphate isomerase(GPI) in patients with rheumatoid ar- thritis(RA) ,and discuss its relations with the disease activity. Methods The serum GPI was detected by enzyme linked immu- nosorbent assay(ELISA) in 89 patients with active RA,20 patients with ostarthritis,20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(2- DM) and 30 heahhy volunteers. The levels of serum anti-CCP antibodies, AKA, RF, CRP, C3 and C4 were also detected in pa- tients with RA. Demographic data were collected, as well as serological and clinical variables that indicate RA disease activity, for Spearman correlation analysis. Results The serum level of GPI in patients with RA was obviously higher than that of ostarthritis controls,2-DM controls and healthy controls. Serum GPI level was positively correlated with DAS-28, RF, ESR,Tender joint count of 28 joints,Joint swelling pain worse time and anti-α-Fodrin antibodies, respectively. Conclusion Elevated serum GPI may be involved in the diagnosis of RA and may prove useful as a serum marker for disease activity of RA.
