大鼠再生肝的抗四氯化碳损伤作用与金属硫蛋白 被引量:5

PROTECTION OF REGENERATING LIVER AGAINST CARBON TETRACHLORIDE IN RATS AND METALLOTHIONEIN

摘要 金属硫蛋白(Metallothionein,MT)是富含半胱氨酸和金属的非酶蛋白,具有清除自由基的作用,主要在肝脏合成。本工作探讨了再生肝抗四氯化碳(CCl_4)损伤作用与其MT含量的关系。以血清胆红素浓度和谷丙转氨酶(sGPT)活性为指标,观察了CCl_4对肝部分切除后2、4、6、8天大鼠再生肝的损伤情况,并对应地测定了肝脏MT含量。结果表明,二者的变化密切相关,肝部分切除后4天再生肝对CCl_4的抗损伤作用最为明显,同时MT含量的增加适达高峰。 Metallothionein (MT) is a non-enzyme protein rich in cystein and metals, one of its functionsis of cleaning away free-radicals. MT is mainly synthesized in the liver. In this experiment, relationshipbetween protection of regenerating liver against carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4) injury and its MT contentwas studied. CCl_4 induced injury as indicated by serum bilirubin concentration and sGPT activity wasobserved in rats at 2, 4, 6, 8days following partial hepatectomy, and hepatic MT content was determi-ned correspondingly. The results showed that there is a closely correlative relationship betweeen them.The regencrating liver of the rats 4 days after partial hepatectomy showed an obvious protection againstCCl_4, and at the same time, the increase in MT content just reached at the top.
