摘要
本实验以正常小鼠和辐射损伤小鼠为对照，观察牛膝水煎剂对正常及辐射损伤小鼠体液免疫影响．牛彩水煎剂能提高正常与辐射损伤小鼠特异性抗体溶血素（HA）含量并增加脾脏溶血空斑形成细胞（PFC）数．结论：牛膝水煎剂可增强小鼠体液免疫功能．
To observe the change in humoral immune functin in normal mice and radiation-damaged mice. It is found that achyranthes bidentata decoctum (ABD) could significantly raised specific hemolysin content and promoted the plaque forming cell (PEC)-response to sheep red blood cells (SRBC), suggesting that ABD could remarkebly enhance humora immune driction in mice.
