摘要
雷公藤红素(Celastrol)ip1,3mg/kg×5d能明显减轻小鼠胸腺的重量,降低小鼠脾脏空斑形成细胞数,同时提高血清补体C_3含量,而对小鼠血清溶血素及IgG水平无明显影响。雷公藤红素ip1,5mg/kg×5d时ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化增殖有抑制作用,ip3mg/kg×3d可以降低小鼠的廓清率,对吞噬指数无明显影响。以上结果表明雷公藤红素具有较强的免疫抑制作用。
Ceiastrol ip 1, 3mg/kg×5d caused marked decreases of the weights of thymus and of spleen plaque forming cell (PFC) in the mice, caused marked increase in serum complement C3 level, but the level of serum hemolysin and IgG in the mice was not significantly affected. Ceiastrol ip 1, 5mg/kg × 5d markedly inhibited Con A-induced lymphocyte proliferation of spleen cells in vitro, ip 3mg/kg×3d decreased clearance rate in mice, but the phagocytic index was not markedly affected. These results suggested that celastrol had certain immunological inhibition.
