营养液对玉米幼苗的生理效应

摘要 [目的]为探讨不同浓度营养液对玉米幼苗生长的影响。[方法]采用盆栽试验,以不同浓度营养液处理玉米幼苗,测定根系活力、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和叶绿素等生理指标。[结果]稀释50倍的营养液能够促进玉米种子萌发,加快对子叶中贮藏养分的转化和利用;同时,能提高根系活力、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量,从而提高根系吸收、代谢活力,促进植株构建物质的合成,提高光合能力和干物质积累,促进玉米幼苗生长。[结论]稀释50倍的营养液能够促进玉米幼苗的生长,为后期的生长提供优良的条件。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of the different concentration of nutrient solution on the growth of corn seed- lings. [ Method ] Corn seedlings were treated with different concentrations of the nutrient solution through pot experiment. Physiological indica- tors of the root activity, soluble protein, soluble sugar and chlorophyll were determined. [ Result ] The nutrient solution diluted 50 times could promote the corn seed germinate, speed up the cotyledons nutrient conversion and the utilization of storage, and enhance root activity, soluble protein, soluble sugar and chlorophyll content. Thereby it could improve root absorption, metabolism vitality, and promote plant building ma- terial synthesis, light ability and dry matter accumulation, and the growth of maize seedlings. [ Conclusion ] The nutrient solution diluted 50 times could Dromote the growth of maize seedlings. The research could provide excellent conditions for the later growth.
