摘要
利用生物检测法研究了紫茎泽兰叶片水提液对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,2.5%紫茎泽兰叶水提取液对玉米种子萌发率、鲜质量、胚根和胚芽长度及玉米幼苗的苗高、鲜质量均有较强的抑制作用,当提取液浓度降至0.25%时,抑制作用基本消失。同时,本试验还研究了玉米叶中丙二醛含量与紫茎泽兰提取液浓度的关系,结果表明,随着紫茎泽兰叶提取物浓度的升高,玉米叶内丙二醛含量也增加,二者呈线性关系。
The influences of Eupatorium adenophorum leaves water extracting solution to the seed germination and seedling growth of Zea mays had been studied by using the bioassay test method in this paper.Results showed that 2.5% Eupatorium adenophorum leaves water extracting solution have strong inhibition to the seed germination rate,fresh weight,length of radicle and germ of Zea myas.The inhibition effects almost disappear when the extracting solution concentration reduced to 0.25%.Meanwhile,this experiment also researched the relationship between the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the concentration of Eupatorium adenophorum leaves water extracting solution,the results showed that the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) will increase as the concentration of Eupatorium adenophorum leaves water extracting solution increases and the relationship is linear.
