摘要
采用数值模拟的方法对某热电厂直通式袋式除尘器在不同结构形式下内部流场状况进行了研究。结果表明:增加气流均布板可防止喇叭口内涡流的产生并缓冲烟气对第一排滤袋的直接冲刷,使袋室内部气流分布均匀;适当地降低袋室空间的高度,有利于烟气向后排滤袋流动,使滤袋流量分配均匀,获得过滤效果。通过数值模拟所得的结果为袋式除尘器的设计和选型提供指导。
This paper studies the internal flow field of different structural straight-through bag filter in a thermal power plant by using the method of numerical simulation. The results show that: the increased airflow distribution board prevents the generation of eddy currents within the bell and buffer the direct erosion of flue gas to the first row of the filter bag, to distribute airflow inside the bag evenly; reducing the height of the bag space appropriately is conducive to the flue gas flowing to the rear filter bag, to make flow distribution inside the bag even, so that the filtering effect could be obtained. Provide guidance through numerical sim- ulation results for the design and selection of the bag.
