摘要
以宝钢三烧的活性炭烟气净化项目中1~#活性炭粉负压气力输送系统的原旋风袋式除尘器、组合袋式除尘器为研究对象。通过CFD软件分别对两种除尘器内部流场进行数值模拟研究,并计算出花板孔的流量分配系数。模拟结果较好地解释了原旋风袋式除尘器出现滤袋袋口破损的原因,同时表明了改进并添加导流板后的组合袋式除尘器的内部气流分布和花板孔的流量分布更加均匀。
In this paper, with the original cyclone bag filter and the composite bag filter of No. 1 active carbon powder negative pressure pneumatic-conveying system for the active carbon flue gas purification proiect of Baosteel No. 3 sintering plant as the study object, the numerical simulation research for the internal flow fields of the two types of bag filter were conducted by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) , and the flow distribution coefficient of tube sheet holes were also calculated. The simulation results well explain the cause of filter bag mouth damage of the cyclone bag-filter, and meanwhile they also indicate that, the internal air flow distribution and the tube sheet hole flow distribution of the composite bag filter after improvement and with addition of flow guide plates are more uniform.
