摘要
目的系统评价补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和中国生物医学光盘数据库(CBM),查找有关补阳还五汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验,检索时间为1979年1月至2012年10月20日。按Cochrane系统评价方法对纳入研究进行质量评价和资料提取后,采用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果本系统评价共纳入14个研究(包含1302名受试患者,其中治疗组654名,对照组648名),均为随机对照试验,各研究基线资料具有可比性。Meta分析结果提示在心绞痛临床疗效和心电图疗效方面,补阳还五汤组优于西药常规治疗手段,其差异具有统计学意义,分别为[OR=3.39,95%CI(2.43,4.72),P<0.0001]和[OR=2.34,95%CI(1.79,3.05),P<0.0001]。结论补阳还五汤能改善冠心病心绞痛症状和心电图疗效,但由于样本量有限、合格文献质量低,仍需进一步深入研究。
Objective Systematic reviews Buyang Huanwu Decoction＇s efficacy and safety of the treatment of angina pectoris.Method The randomized controlled trials（RCTs）of Buyang Huanwu Decoction for patients with anginapectoris were collected by searching PubMed,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,and CBM,the retrieval time until October 20,2012.The quality of the included studies was evaluated and the data were retrieved according to the methods recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration.Meta-analyses were conducted by using RevMan 5.1 software.Results 14 trials involving 1302 patients were included（including 654 people in the study patients,648 people in the control group）.All of them were randomized controlled trials,Study baseline data were comparable.All of them were open-label controlled by observing the effective rate and the end of treatment.The result of meta-analyses showed that the angina clinical efficacy and ECG efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction group are superior to conventional western treatment,and the difference was significant and）.Conclusion Although the effect of the Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve the symptoms and electrocardiographic effects of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease but because of the limited sample size,low-quality literature,we still need further study.
