摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤化裁治疗气虚血瘀型老年冠心病疗效。方法:随机抽取我院在2012年5月-2013年5月收治的80例老年冠心病患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采用硝酸异山梨酯、氯吡格雷治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上,采用补阳还五汤化裁治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组;观察组不良反应控制效果优于对照组;观察组远期效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用补阳还五汤化裁治疗气虚血瘀型老年冠心病疗效确切,值得临床推广与应用。
To investigate clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on treating coronary heart disease. Methods：80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was given isosorbide dinitrate, clopidogrel;the observation group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction more, effects in two groups were analyzed. Results：The efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control;the control effects of adverse reactions were higher than that in the control group;the same as long-term effects. Conclusion：The curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction was confirmed and worthy of promotion.
