摘要
为了指导苹果园科学施肥,以山东省49个果园的‘红富士’苹果为试材,研究了枝条、叶片和果实中矿质元素和土壤中元素含量的相关关系。结果表明:不同果园土壤中各元素含量的差异较大,植株中营养元素含量果实<枝条<叶片,其中果实中各元素含量的差异大于枝条和叶片;枝条与土壤中元素间的相关性最大,硼为显著水平,其他为极显著水平;叶片与土壤中元素除全磷都达到了显著水平,其中氮和磷的相关性为负值,其他为正值;果实与土壤中硼、铁、钙和镁的相关性达极显著水平,其中硼的相关性为负,其他相关性均为正,两者间钙的相关系数最大。枝条、叶片、果实与土壤中硼的相关系数最大,其次是有效锌,钾的相关系数最小,磷元素的相关系数均为负值。因此,在施肥过程中要重视施用微量元素,尤其是锌和硼,减少磷肥的施用。
In order to guide fertilization scientifically,‘Red Fuji’apple was used to study the correlation among mineral elements in branch,leaf,fruit and soil elements in 49 apple orchards of Shandong Province.The results showed that,the difference of soil elements content among sample orchard was obviously,the order of nutrient content in plant was fruitbranchleaf,the difference of elements in fruit was greatest;the correlation between branch and soil elements was maximum,boron was significant level while the others were extremely significant level;the correlation between leaf and soil elements were significant level except total phosphorus,the nitrogen and phosphorus correlation was negative,the others was positive.The correlation between boron,iron,calcium and magnesium in fruit and soil were significant level,boron correlation was negative,other correlations were positive,the maximum correlation coefficient between calcium.The maximum correlation among branch,leaf,fruit and soil element was boron,followed by effective zinc,correlation index of potassium was minimal,correlation index of phosphorus were negative.Therefore,in the application process should pay attention to the use of trace elements,especially zinc and boron,phosphate fertilizer should reduce appropriately.
