In the last decade the development trends of apple varieties in the world showed Fuji will be becoming a most important variety grown in the world, the Red Delicious and its strains and Granny Smith will be going clown. Besides Red Fuji, Huaguan and Huashuai, both bred in China ,have been developing vastly in China. It is expected Fuji and the last two will be the three leading varieties growing and developing in the country.
