高酸价米糠油的溶剂法脱酸研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了甲醇/正己烷以及乙醇/正己烷双溶剂系统的互溶性,选择了甲醇/正己烷双相溶剂对高酸价米糠油进行脱酸。研究了甲醇与正己烷体积比、甲醇从正己烷提取物中萃取次数对正己烷提取的油脂含量以及酸价的影响,结果表明,经甲醇萃取后,可降低油脂酸价,减少精炼过程中油脂的损耗,为高酸价米糠油的综合利用提供新思路。 The compatibility of the binary solvent systems of methanol/hexane and ethanol/hexane was evaluated, methanol/hexane binary solvent system was heterogeneous and was therefore selected for the deacidification of rice bran oil. The effects of methanol/hexane ratios and extraction times by methanol from hexane extractions on the content and the acid value of oils were studied, the results indicated that with a methanol pre-extraction from the hexane extractions process, the acid value would be decreased and the loss of the oil would be reduced during the alkali refining, which provided a new idea for the comprehensive utilization of the rice bran oil.
