摘要
目的:观察白内障手术治疗前后患者干眼症发病情况及其恢复情况。方法:将本院2010年1月-2011年12月收治并行手术治疗的白内障患者42例46眼作为研究对象,所有患者均采用透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术。观察患者术前、术后1d、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月干眼症状、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间和角膜荧光染色情况。结果:与术前相比,患者术后均有不同程度的干眼症状;与术前相比,患者术后第1天,1周及1个月干眼症状评分明显增高,泪液分泌量明显减少,泪膜破裂时间明显缩短,角膜荧光染色明显增多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后3个月上述指标基本恢复正常,与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术会对患者眼表有一定影响,并能在短期内影响患者泪膜功能,患者术后会出现不同程度的干眼症状,应积极预防和治疗。
Objective： To observe the incidence and recovery of the dry eye syndrome before and after cataract surgery. Method： Selected 42 cases of cataract patients （ 46 eyes ） in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 as the study object, all patients were treated with a clear corneal incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Observed preoperative, postoperative lday, 1 week, 1 month after surgery, postoperative 3 months of dry eye, basal tear secretion test （ SIT ）, tear film breakup time and corneal staining. Result： Compared with before ＇surgery, patients have varying degrees of symptoms of dry eye; compared with preoperative and postoperative first day, 1 week and 1 month symptoms of dry eye was significantly higher tear secretion were significantly reduced significantly shorten the tear film breakup time, corneal staining increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; 3 months after surgery the above indicators returned to normal, with no significant difference compared with preoperative （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation would be the ocular surface, and in the short term to affect the tear film function in patients, patients there will be varying degrees of symptoms of dry eye, active prevention and treatment.
