摘要
目的 探讨白内障手术对患者眼干症的治疗情况。方法 选取我院2011年12月-2015年1月收治的120例白内障手术患者,对其进行手术前、手术后1天、手术后1周、手术后1个月以及手术后3个月的眼干症病情进行观察和对比,总结白内障手术对患者眼干症的影响。结果 患者在接受手术后1天、1周以及1个月内的眼干症状较为明显,3个月后眼干症状消失。患者过泪液分泌实验以及泪膜破裂时间实验进行观察分析,患者的泪液分泌实验中湿长（12.5±2.3）mm,泪膜破裂时间实验中出现第一个干斑的时间（18.5±6.2）s,眼干症状消失。结论白内障手术会使患者出现眼干症症状,手术的时间越长,患者的上述症状就会相对减轻,通过对患者进行药物治疗,能够有效的减轻患者的症状,需要对患者进行眼干症的系统治疗和预防。
Objective To explore the cataract operation in the treatment of patients with dry eye disease. Methods Selected 120 cases with cataract operation from 2011 December to 2015 January in our hospital, observed and compared the operation before operation, 1 days after operation, 1 weeks after the operation, after 1 months and 3 months after the operation of dry eye disease, and summarized the impact of cataract operation on patients with dry eye disease. Results Patients undergoing surgery after 1 days, 1 weeks and 1 months of the dry eye symptoms more obvious, after 3 months, dry eye symptoms disappeared. The patients had Schirmer test, tear break-up time test were observed and analyzed, the Schirmer test in patients with wet long （12.5±2.3） mm, the ifrst time in the dry spot tear experiment （18.5±6.2） seconds, dry eye symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Cataract surgery can make patients with eye dry symptoms, surgery time, patients with these symptoms will be lessened, the drug treatment of patients, can alleviate the symptoms of the patients effectively, with the system for the prevention and treatment of dry eye disease.
