摘要
目的探讨青光眼并发白内障患者手术前后泪膜稳定性的变化。方法选择2009年8月至2010年1月于我院行白内障超声乳化手术的13例(22只眼)青光眼并发白内障患者,于手术前3 d、术后1 d、1周、3个月进行裂隙灯显微镜检查、角膜荧光素染色、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、SchirmerⅠ试验(SⅠt)及下睑中央泪河高度检查。结果所有青光眼患者与术前相比,术后1 d BUT明显缩短,S It、下睑中央泪河高度、角膜荧光素染色程度明显增高(P<0.001);术后1周时BUT明显缩短,有显著差异,角膜荧光素染色程度、SⅠt、下睑中央泪河高度与术前相比无明显差异;3月时角膜荧光素染色程度、BUT、SⅠt、下睑中央泪河高度与术前相比无明显差异。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术可短期影响青光眼患者泪膜的稳定性。
Objective To observe tear film changes after phacoemulsification of glaucoma patients.Methods 13 glaucoma patients associated with cataract（22 eyes） were selected from August 2009 to January 2010.Tear break-up time,Schirmer I test（S It） value,corneal fluorescein staining and the height of tear meniscus were measured preoperatively and 1 day and 7,90 days postoperatively.Results At 1 day postoperatively,the mean tear break-up time reduced greatly and Schirmer I test（S It） value,corneal fluorescein staining and the height of tear meniscus increased significantly.The mean tear break-up time reduced greatly at 7 days.However,Schirmer I test（S It） value,corneal fluorescein staining and the height of tear meniscus showed no significant difference.Tear break-up time,Schirmer I test（S It） value,corneal fluorescein staining and the height of tear meniscus returned to their preoperative level at 90 days.Conclusion Phacoemulsification has short-term effect on the tear film stability.
