摘要
观察以中医辨证论治结合降糖西药对糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。共治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变 38例 5 5只眼 ,其中单纯型 31只眼 ,增殖型 2 4只眼 ,并对治疗前后的视力、眼底病变的情况进行了比较。结果 :显效 17只眼 (30 9% ) ,有效 2 5只眼 (45 5 % ) ,无效 11只眼 (2 0 .0 % ) ,恶化2只眼 (3 6 % ) ,总有效率 76 4%。
HT6SS] To observe the curative effects of diabetic retinopathy treated mainly by syndrome differentiation together with sugar lowing western medicine,38 patients(55 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy were selected.Of the eyes,31 eyes were of simple retinopathy and 24 were of hyperplasia.The eyesight and fundus condition before and after treatment were compared.Result showed marked effect in 17 eyes(30 9%),effectiveness in 25 eyes(45 5%),ineffectiveness in 11 eyes(20%)and deterioration in 2 eyes(3 6%);the total effective tate was 76 4%.
