摘要
目的:探讨血尿酸检测在代谢综合征中的应用价值。方法:2010年1月-2011年6月我院216例代谢综合征患者和120例健康体检人群,分别检测两组人群的血尿酸水平。结果:代谢综合征各组分高血压、高血脂、肥胖和高血糖患者的血尿酸水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分析和检测血尿酸水平对诊断代谢综合征和了解病情进展具有重要参考价值。
Objective：To investigate the applied value of detecting blood uric acid in metabolic syndrome.Methods：The blood uric acid level of 216 metabolic syndrome patients and 120 healthy examination persons（normal control） were respectively detected from 2010.1 to 2011.6.Results：The blood uric acid level of metabolic syndrome components patients,such as high blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,obesity and hyperglycemia,were all higher than normal control persons（P0.05）.Conclusions：Analysis and detection of blood uric acid level play an important role in diagnosis and understanding progress of metabolic syndrome.
