摘要
跨区域知识管理是政府加强管理效率和提升公众服务能力的新思路。在界定跨区域政府知识管理内涵的基础上,提出跨区域政府知识管理模型的基本框架,并对跨区域政府知识管理模型的四大要:目标、内容、组织模式、流程进行了深入分析,为跨区域政府知识管理研究与实践提供参考。
Cross-regional knowledge management is a new way to promote government＇s management efficiency and public service abili- ty. Based on defining the connotation of cross-regional government knowledge management, a basic framework for it is proposed, and its four main elements are analyzed, which include objectives, contents, organization modes and activity processes. The findings can provide references for research and practices.
