摘要
对知识管理概念、实践推广等有关知识管理理论的历史沿革,进行了系统的梳理和总结,并回顾了知识管理模型的研究路线;在逐一列举国内学界最具代表性和权威性的知识管理模型后,提炼模型的关注问题及具体内容,将所有模型归入四大类别,并做出客观评价及特征分析;指出了知识管理研究中存在的障碍和问题,以期能有新的发现和借鉴。
This paper first reviewed and summarized the historical evolution of the concept , practical extension of knowledge management theory, retrospected the relevant background of appearance of knowledge management model ; Secondly, the most representative and authoritative model were listed with the related issues and specific contents extracted, which were classified into 4 categories by author over the objective evaluation and features analysis; finally, this paper pointed nut the obstacles and problems within existing research on knowledge management, which aimed to have some new discoveries and insights.
