摘要
对阿昔洛韦前体药物即阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯所制得的脂质体凝胶剂的透皮效果进行初步研究。方法 :采用离体鼠皮的透皮实验方法 ,并以阿昔洛韦脂质体凝胶、阿昔洛韦凝胶、阿昔洛韦水溶液、阿昔洛韦软膏剂作比较。结果 :阿昔洛韦前药脂质体凝胶在皮肤内的滞留多 (74.82 % ) ,透皮率小 (15 .6 2 % )。结论 :阿昔洛韦棕榈酸酯脂质体凝胶有望成为高效、安全的新制剂。
OBJECTIVE:To study the penetrating absorption of acyclovir palmitate liposomal gels.METHODS:The transdermal penetration with excised mice skin of acyclovir ointment were compared.RESULTS:The amount of acyclovir palmitate liposomal gel was much higher in the skin, the penetrating absorption amount and the left were lower than the other preparations.CONCLUSIONS:Acyclovir palmitate liposomal gel will be an effective and low toxical drug for virus dermatopathy.
