摘要
目的:建立伏毛铁棒锤药材HPLC指纹图谱。方法:色谱条件:美国Thermo ODS-2HYPERSIL(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-乙腈-醋酸-醋酸钠(pH=4.5)缓冲液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;240~280nm整合波长检测,流速0.8mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:建立了伏毛铁棒锤药材HPLC-DAD指纹图谱,标定出25个共有峰,各批药材均具有上述特征峰,但特征峰的相对含量存在差异,即各批药材指纹图谱相似度大小与其来源相关。结论:本方法重现性好,所建立的指纹图谱可作为伏毛铁棒锤药材的鉴定依据。
Objective: To establish chromatographic fingerprint of Aconitum Flavum Hand. Mazz. by HPLC. Methods. The chromatographic condition : Thermo ODS 2 HYPERSIL (250mm × 4.6mm, 5um) column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile, and sodium acetate acetic acid buffer(pH 4.5)with the gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, at 30℃. Results: The chromatographic fingerprint of Aconitum Flavum Hand. Mazz. in Ningxia was established, 25 peaks were identified. All samples contained the same 25 peaks, but the content of each peaks were great difference from others, which resulted in the difference regions. Conclusion : This method show good repeatability which can be used as the means to identify the quality of Aconitum Flarum Hand. Mazz.
