摘要
目的:探讨稳心颗粒对心房纤颤的临床影响。方法:将178例入选心房纤颤病人随机分成两组,治疗组89例用稳心颗粒口服,每次1袋,每天3次,4周为1个疗程;对照组89例用西药常规治疗,治疗时间与治疗组一样,4周为1个疗程;分析两组临床疗效,包括临床症状、体征、心电图的改变等。结果:治疗组临床总有效率97.75%明显优于对照组80.89%(P<0.05),未现不良反应。结论:稳心颗粒治疗心房纤颤有较好疗效,值得临床进一步探索观察应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule treating atrial fibrillation. Methods：IT8 patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group had 89 cases and were treated with Wenxin Granules orally, a bag for each time, tree times a day, one period treatment course had 4 weeks. Tile control group had 89 cases and used western medicine routine treatment, the treatment course was also 4 weeks. Analysis of the effect of the two groups, including the clinical symtoms, signs and etectrocardiogram change and so on was made. Results ：The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.75% , which was obviously superior to that in control group （80.89%） （P 〈 0.05 ） , and there were neither side effects nor adverse reations. Conclusion：Wenxin Gran- ules has good curative effect on atrial fibrillation, it is worthy of clinical further exploration, observation and application.
