摘要
稳心冲剂治疗快速性心律失常,并与胺碘酮进行比较,近3年的临床与实验研究,稳心冲剂临床主症总有效率93.58%(248/265),各症状平均总有效率92.26%,心电图总有效率90.2%(239/265);胺碘酮临床总有效率88.0%,心电图总有效率84.0%(63/75)。经统计学处理,稳心冲剂优于胺碘酮(P<0.05)。
Contrast clinical and laboratory studies were made be-tween the therapeutic effect of Wenxin Powder and ontachycardiac arrythmia in the last 3 years.The totaleffective rate of Yinxin Powder on main symptoms was93.58%(248/265)and the average total effective ratefor all symptoms and ECG were 92.26% and 90.2%(239/265)respectively.For Amiodaronum the totaleffective rate for clinical symptoms and ECG were 88.0% and 84.0%(63/75)respectively.StatisticalTreatment of the above results revealed,that theWenxin Powder is better than Amiodaronum.
