摘要
目的:观察步长稳心颗粒对治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床效果。方法:选取我院2011年9月—2013年9月间收治的80例冠心病合并心律失常患者,随机地分成对照组和观察组,其中,对照组运用常规西药治疗的办法,观察组在此基础上增加步长稳心颗粒予以口服治疗,观察并对比两组的疗效及不良反应状况。结果:对照组的总有效率为62.5%,观察组的总有效率为82.5%,显著高于对照组,两组之间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病患服药后,对照组不良反应出现率12.5%,观察组不良反应出现率5.0%,低于对照组。结论:在传统西医治疗的基础上,服用步长稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常,临床效果较理想,无显著的不良反应出现,安全可靠,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Buchang Wenxin Granule on treatment of coronary heart disease with an＇hythmia. Methods： 80 patients admitted to hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used conventional Western medicine treatment and the observation group added Buchang Wenxin Granule for oral treatment, observing and comparing the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： Total efficiency of the control group was 62.5% and of the observation group was 82.5%. The comparison between the two groups had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. After taking the medicine, the control group＇s poor response rate was 12.5% and of the observation group was 5%. Conclusions： On the basis of traditional and Western medicine, using Buchang Wenxin Granule in treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia has better clinical effect and no significant adverse reactions. It is safe and reliable and worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
