摘要
目的:观察针刺和耳压联合微生态制剂治疗IBS患者的临床疗效及探讨对胃肠激素VIP、NPY水平影响。方法:126例患者随机分为A组42例,采用针刺和耳压联合微生态制剂治疗;B组43例,采用针刺和微生态制剂治疗;C组41例,采用单纯针刺治疗,疗程结束后观察和评价患者疗效情况、复发率、以及治疗前后血浆VIP、NPY水平变化。结果:A组疗效优于B组、C组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且复发率低;B组疗效亦优于C组(P<0.05)。A、B两组治疗后血浆VIP、NPY水平与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺和耳压联合微生态制剂的综合疗法能有效治疗IBS,且疗效相对稳定,能够恢复IBS胃肠激素分泌异常情况。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of patients with irritable bowel syndrome treated with acupunc ture and auricular - plaster combined with microbial ecological agents on and study of the levels of VIP and NPY in ser um. Methods ：126 patients with IBS were randomly divided into 3 groups, A group had 42 cases treated with acupuncture and auricular - plaster combined with microbial ecological＇agents, B group had 43 cases treated with acupuncture and mi crobial ecological agents;C group had 41 cases treated with acupuncture. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were observed and evaluated after treatment. The changes of VIP and NPY in serum after treatment were contracted with the level before treatment. Results： The efficacy in A group was superior to that in B and C groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）, and the recurrence rate of A group was lower;the efficacy in B group was superior to that in C group, the levels of VIP and NPY in serum had significantly changed after treatment. Conclusions： The therapy of acupuncture and auricular plaster combined with microbial ecological agents has more evident effect on IBS in recent and recovering the changed lev el of gastrointestinal hormone in serum.
