寒温并用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

摘要 目的:探讨寒温并用法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:将确诊为腹泻型肠易激综合征的64例患者随机分成两组,治疗组32例,予口服寒温并用的中药汤剂;对照组32例,予口服蒙脱石散剂,疗程4周,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为75.00%,两组疗效比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:寒温并用法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效确切,且无副作用。
