摘要
从涉案数量、立案理由、处理结果方面分析美国对华"337调查"状况和趋势,剖析其对中国战略性新兴产业发展的风险,提出中国战略性新兴产业在加强科技创新的基础上可从专利布局、反垄断、海外投资、应诉技巧等角度进行应对。
This article analyzes the situation and trend of Section 337 Investigation against China from the number of case, the reasons to file, and treatment outcome. It also explores the risks of Section 337 Investigation to the development of China＇ s strategic emerging industries. In the end, this article proposes China＇ s strategic emerging industries should strengthen science and technology innovation, responding to Section 337 Investigation from patent layout, anti - monopoly, overseas investment and litigation skills.
