摘要
对美国"337"条款缺乏了解与对策已成为我国企业在对美贸易中遭受损失的重要原因之一,本文在对美国"337"条款进行分析的基础上对我国企业提出相应的对策建议。
Lack of relevant knowledge in ＂Section 337＂ of US Tariff Act is mining to be one of the brutal reasons of Chinese enterprises＇ loses in Sino-America trading. Countermeasures have been provided for Chinese enterprises in this paper on depiction of ＂Section 337＂ of US Tariff Act.
