摘要
以苯甲酰胺为初始原料,根据活性基团拼接原理,设计合成了8个苯甲酰脲类化合物。其结构通过1HNMR、IR和元素分析确证。初步生物活性测定表明,部分化合物对淡色库蚊有一定的活性,4-硝基-N-(1-哌啶甲酰基)-苯甲酰胺在δ50对淡色库蚊的致死率为55%。
Eight benzoyl ureas were synthesized according to bioisoster principle from benzamide as raw material. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by LHNMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary hioassay result showed that the inhibition rate of 4-nitro-N-( 1-piperidine* formyl)-benzamide against Culex pipiens was 55% at the concentration of 50 mg/L.
