摘要
伏虫隆是一种新苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂,尤其对有机磷、拟除虫菊酯、氨基甲酸酯三类杀虫剂已产生抗性的害虫防治效果更佳。采用2,4-二氟硝基苯经氯化、还原合成中间体3,5-二氯-2,4-二氟苯胺,2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺与二(三氯甲基)碳酸酯酰化合成另一中间体2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯,2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯与3,5-二氯-2,4-二氟苯胺加成得到杀虫剂伏虫隆,总收率为79.3%。该工艺具有原料易得、异构体少、反应步骤短等特点。
Teflubenzuron is a new benzoylurea insecticide with especially good efficacy in controlling insect pestsresistant to organophosphate, synthetic pyrethroid, and carbamate insecticides. The intermediate 3,5-dichloro-2,4-difluoroaniline was synthesized by chlorination and reduction of 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene. An acylation reaction of 2,6-difluorobenzamide and bis(trichloro- methyl)carbonate produced a second intermediate, 2,6-difluorobenzolyisocyanate. By reacting 3,5-dichloro-2,4-difluoroaniline with 2,6-difluorobenzoly isocyanate, teflubenzuron was syn-thesized with a total yield of 79.3%. This process offers the advantages of ready availability of reactants, low isomerproduction, and few reaction steps.
