摘要
利用2-氨基-5-(4-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑和取代苯甲酰氯的酰化反应,合成了6个5-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-芳酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物2a^2f,其结构用IR加以证实.
Six derivatives of 2-aroylamino-5-（4-methoxyphenyl）-1, 3, 4-thiadiazoles 2a - 2f have been synthesized by amidation of 2 amino-5-（4-methoxyphenyI）-1, 3, 4 thiadiazoles and substituted benzoyl chloride, then the structures of all these compounds were confirmed by IR spectra.
