摘要
产业集聚和产业创新的发展,离不开金融市场的支持。本文首先从理论上阐述产业集聚度与产业创新效率的关系,以及金融市场在二者活动中的联结作用;然后以高新技术产业为例,对我国29个省份的金融发展水平、高新技术产业集聚度以及其产业创新效率进行测定和比较分析,并基于地区差异性实证检验各地区金融市场在联结高新技术产业集聚促进产业创新效率方面的推动效果。实证结果表明:越是落后地区的金融市场联结高新技术产业集聚推动其产业创新效率越为明显,这一结果与理论假设相反,进一步表明低效的金融市场已成为我国各地高新技术产业创新效率提高的主要障碍因素。
The Development of industrial agglomeration and innovation efficiency, is in serious need of the support of the financial markets. Firstly, this paper theoretically analyzed the relationship between industrial agglomeration and industrial in- novation efficiency, as well as the effect of financial markets in both activities. And then take the Hi-tech industries as an ex- ample, measuring and comparing the financial development level, Hi-tech industrial agglomeration and industrial innovation efficiency of China＇s 29 provinces and based on different financial markets, testing on the improving effect of the Hi-tech in- dustrial innovation efficiency promoted by its agglomeration in the local financial market. The results show that the Hi-tech in- dustrial agglomeration in the financial market of undeveloped provinces promotes Hi-tech industrial innovation more efficient and significantly, which is contrary to the theories, and financial markets have become major obstacles to innovation efficiency of China＇s Hi-tech industry in China.
