摘要
糖尿病引起的眼部并发症较多,其中以眼底视网膜病变最为常见.对糖尿病视网膜病变传统的检查方法和新进展的检查方法做一综述,其中重点介绍了新进展的检查方法对糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopa-thy,DR)眼底表现的观察及对DR的早期诊断的意义和重要性.
Ocular compl.ications caused by diabetes are more, of which the most common is retinal lesions. The article reviews the traditional and new examination methods for diabetic retinopathy （DR）, emphatically introduces the observation of fundus manifestations of new examination method, and the importance and significance of early diagnosis of DR.
