摘要
用小鼠移植性肿瘤和裸鼠异体移植人肿瘤模型研究骆驼蓬总碱(TAH)抗肿瘤作用及其协同抗瘤作用。结果表明:TAH对小鼠S-180、LⅡ、肝癌以及裸鼠移植人鼻咽癌(CNE2)和人(BEL-7402)肝癌均有抗肿瘤作用,并发现TAH与顺铂(DDP)或阿霉素(ADM)合用,具有协同抗肿瘤作用。
Models of transplanted tumor in mice and human cancer xenograft in nude mice were used to evaluate the antitumor effect and synergism of total alkaloid of Peganum harmala L, (TAH). Results showed that TAH possessed antitumor activity against S-180,LⅡand hepatoma in mice and xenograft of human nasopharyngeal and liver cancer in nude mice.Synergistic antitumor activity was observed when TAH was used in combination with cisplatin (DDP) or adriamycin (ADM).
