摘要
探讨了物流创新人才概念以及培养物流创新人才的意义,重点分析了当前部分高校在物流创新人才培养中存在的培养理念和目标不明确等问题;最后,针对存在的问题提出相应改进措施,为我国建设创新型国家培养大批物流创新人才。
In this paper, we discussed the notion of the logistics innovative talent and the significance of their cultivation, analyzed emphatically the problems in the guiding ideas and objectives of the training of such talents in the regional colleges of Yangzhou, and finally proposed the corresponding improvement measures.
