摘要
随着经济的发展,广西物流业也蓬勃发展起来。但物流业的发展遭受到了人才屏障,特别是由于广西物流教育存在诸多问题,适用型、创新型的物流人才极其缺乏。作者就此问题,探讨一些人才培养的对策选择。
With the development of economy,the logistics industry in Guangxi also flourishes.But the development of the logistics industry was being subjected to a personnel barrier,especially in our region as a result of logistics problems exist in education.We lack of application type and innovative logistics talent.This article,on this issue to explore some of the options for responding to personnel cultivation.
