摘要
指出目前我国物流人才培养与实际需求之间存在的矛盾,并在国际航运中心建设的前提下,以上海海洋大学物流管理专业的人才培养模式改革为例,试图探寻一条适应对我国物流人才培养的新途径。
The paper points out the conflicts existing between the prevalent logistics personnel training mode and the actual demand in China and, using the training mode reform of logistics management major of Shanghai Ocean University as an illustration, explores a new path of logistics personnel training that fits well with the construction of international shipping centers in China.
