摘要
建设项目可持续发展评价对于促进可持续发展战略的实施具有重要的作用。本文对建设项目可持续发展评价指标体系的建立 ,评价标准的确定 ,以及建设项目可持续发展评价在我国的应用模式进行了分析 ,提出了建设项目可持续发展评价应分阶段进行 ,并与可行性研究、环境影响评价等制度相结合的建议。
The sustainability assessment of construction project will play an important role in promoting the implementation of sustainable development strategy. The indicator system and standards for sustainability assessment of construction project are discussed in this paper, and then the application mode of sustainability assessment in China is analyzed. A proposal is also put forward in this paper that the sustainability assessment of construction project should be implemented in stages and combined with the feasibility study and environmental impact assessment system.
