摘要
【目的】建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定杀虫环含量的方法。【方法】采用反相C18烷基柱，以甲醇一磷酸水溶液（体积比40：60）为流动相，柱温为30℃，流速为1．0mL／min，采用UVW紫外检测器在260m处进行检测，外标法定量。[结果]方法峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好，平均回收率100．10％，标准偏差为0．15％。[结论]该方法简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。
The sample was separated on a diamocil C18 column at the temperature of 30 ℃C with the elution of methanol and phosphoric acid solution （40： 60, by vol） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 260 nm, quantified by external standard method. [Resuits] The assay exhibited a good linearity, the average recovery was 100.10%, and the standard deviation was 0.15%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of convenience, fast speed, good separation, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations.
