经济方法优化设计一个带有中间换热器的精馏塔

摘要 提出了基于经济的年总费用最小为目标的带有中间换热器的精馏塔优化设计新方法。本方法基于这样的精馏塔模型:1股进料、2股出料,每块理论板上均可有中间冷凝器或再沸器。以回流比和塔内各塔板上的中间换热负荷为变量,根据经济年总费用最小,优化塔内换热的位置及负荷。实例研究表明,用本文方法可以一步一步很容易地设计出含塔内换热器的复杂精馏塔。该塔比简单塔更省钱。 In this paper a new strategy to design an optimal distillation column with side reboilers and condensers is presented, which is based on minimum annual cost. The distillation column in this work is limited to one feed, two products and the side reboilers or condensers being allowable for each stage. Taking reflux ratio and duty of side reboilers and condensers as varies, according to minimum objective function, the stage arranged with the side reboilers and condensers and the duty can be determined. A case study is given to illustrate the new strategy and shows that the complex distillation column with side reboilers and condensers is more be economical than simple one and can be designed easily step by step.
