摘要 (火用)价模型的建立是以(火用)经济为目标优化能量系统的基础。本文基于(火用)平衡及(火用)费用平衡方程,以燃料价格与电价作为基准,基于能量在过程系统中数量和质量的变化,结合经济上的考虑,提出了热(火用)价格模型的4个基本假设,并据此提出了蒸气、热水、热媒和工艺物流的热(火用)价格模型方案。这些模型表明,热火用价格强烈依赖于相应的能量转换过程,有时高品位蒸气的(火用)价要远低于低品位热水的(火用)价。用所提出的燜价模型,以(火用)经济为目标研究了五组分精馏过程综合问题,结果表明采用不同的公用工程,所得到的最优精馏流程也不同。 Model building of exergy price is the base of optimization whose objective is exergoeconomic. In this article, basing on exergy balance and exergy cost balance equation, considering the price of fuel and power we put forward four basic suppositions about the model of thermal exergy price. The economic factor and changes of quantities and qualities are considered in the suppositions. Additionally, by using above five suppositions, we put forward the scheme of thermal exergy price model about steam, hot water, heat-medium and process material flows. These models show that thermal exergy price is greatly depends on energy diversion processes. On occasion, a higher grade exergy price of steam is greatly under a lower grade exergy price of hot water. Finally, taking exergoeconomy objective, we also studied a synthesis problems about distillation of five compositions by using of the price model we proposed. When the utilities is different the best distillation process we got is different accordingly.
