我国肠道病毒71型灭活疫苗研发现状 被引量:9

Research and development status of inactivated whole-virus vaccine of enterovirus 71 in China

摘要 肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)属小RNA病毒科肠道病毒属,主要引起手足口病(hand-foot-and-mouth disease,HFMD)和中枢神经系统等相关疾病。自美国加里福尼亚于1969年分离出首株EV71以来,近年来在亚太地区EV71呈高流行态势。 Enterovirus 71(EV71) is the major pathogen for hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) and can cause severe complications of the neural system.In recent years,outbreaks of EV71 have been increasing in China which lead to severe public health problems.Development of a safe and effective vaccine for the prevention and control of HFMD is an urgent issue which needs to be resolved.Inactivated whole-virus vaccines of EV71 are under development in several domestic pharmaceutical manufactures and 3 products have entered the phase III clinical trial.This review summarizes the progress and quality control of the inactivated EV71 whole-virus vaccine in China.
